The chair is another thrift find from last weekend. My dad talked me into it, but at $6.99 he didn't have to do much convincing! Okay, it's ugly now--but you just
wait! Once I change out that hideous fabric on the seat and get rid of the equally frightening paint job on the backrest, it'll look great. Look at the cute little claw feet, even!One of my wonderful friends called me last night and offered to have Maren over this morning for a few hours so that I could have a little bit of time to myself. She has a daughter who is just about 2 months older than Maren so the girls played and ran around like crazy! I didn't do anything particularly fun, just ran some errands, but every mom knows you can get errands done a whole lot faster by yourself! And since I got all that done this morning, we're going to take a walk and enjoy the beautiful spring weather!
