What do you think of the list? Is there anything missing or anything you don't agree with? What's on YOUR personal Top Ten Junking Finds for 2011 list?
Well, tooting my own horn I feel pretty good about the fan, books and windows I scored for free years ago. Fought with my sister over a scale that my mom gave to HER :), bought a cool typewriter years ago for $7 at a tag sale -- and although that clip skimmed over doors (would have liked to see it) I've scored a few of those over the years too! I'm feeling pretty 'hip' :)!
Feeling pretty good. I have found all those top finds except for the card catalog...perhaps 2011 will bring one of those for me. Thanks for sharing that clip! (free window sitting outside right now, scored old typewriter for $7 this past year)
Hmm, interesting stuff but not my Top 10 I guess? I'm not even sure anymore though I tend to still hit the linens and craft supplies first? Small things, I know. I do love finding a nice piece of Le Creuset though. :)
I enjoyed that! She was right on about a lot of things...we've been selling them for years now in our booth. Thinking about getting out my Grandmother's typewriter now however... no one is using it, might as well sell it!
Thanks for posting, I enjoyed watching that segment. I'm still kicking myself for taking my old black typewriter to the dump (years ago)....what was I thinking? I'm not so much into the cameras and projectors but enjoyed seeing the whole list.
